§  The first step that will make you easier to get a buyer is Look at your home condition. Buyer or consumers always need a first impression. The physics of your home, inside, outside and design interior, are very important to make them contact you for next step. Ex: Asking price. So, make sure your property that is clean, neat, and well-cared. Who want to buy a home with poor condition? So re-paint the walls and Repair the leakages will make your home lighting and attractive.



§  Set up Price to your home. How much do you want to worth your home? Of course it can be calculate based on your home condition and external supports. An external support means the neighborhood and public place or public access. The more accessible and decorous neighborhood will definitely in demand and become plus points for your home. Still in pricing your home, it is important to considering the market price. How the market does say? Market can be a good step point to set your home price. As an additional tip, you must be set open price its mean price is open for negotiation! Because People like to bargain.


§  Advertise your home. Advertisement is always effective in getting consumers. 


ü  You can advertise your home on the newspaper. It needs extra budget, but it's worth because lots of people to read your advertisement


ü  Put banner or an announcement board in front of your home. This will make everybody who crosses the street to know your sale and pray they tell it to their colleagues.

Tell your friends and colleagues. This could be the easiest way to advertise your home. In my suggestion is doing not prefer friend/colleagues consumers, but as long as they can give you a best price, why not? And also, friends and colleagues are usually kind enough to help us to look for buyers

§  Use a broker service agent. Broker service agent will help you to sale your home even better since they have list of potential buyers. You can call them as the middleman. They are definitely the skillful to help you in negotiating with buyers and arranging your home sale from first step until sold. So don’t waste your time, if you need to sell your home soon, just contact few brokers and asking their service. This is recommended strategy.
